- I'm an ACE certified personal trainer and a stay-at-home mom with an awesome husband and beautiful 2 year old son. I have always loved fitness but there was a time in my life when I abused it to my own harm. The love of Jesus set me free from that self-centered way of life and now I have found balance. So, this blog is a place for me to keep you up to date on fitness trends, tips, exercises, and to answer questions as well as to meet people in my area that might be interested in training.
